Mr. Baker has 13 years of aviation, corporate accounting, financial services, and financial restructuring experience, 5 of them with the Company. After starting his career with KPMG, Mr. Baker most recently served as VP, Controller at Global Jet Capital and previously as Assistant Controller at Intrepid Aviation Management. Mr. Baker is a CPA with a B.S in Accounting from Marist College and sits in Stamford, CT.
Mr. Barlin has over 15 years of experience in aviation financing and leasing. Prior to joining VAH, Mr. Barlin served as Vice President of Legal at AerCap and was a member of the board of directors of several AerCap subsidiaries. Mr. Barlin began his career as an attorney in the New York office of Vedder Price as a member of the firm’s Global Transportation Finance team. Mr. Barlin holds a J.D. from NYU School of Law and a B.A. from the State University of New York, Albany.
Ms. Benalcazar currently serves as an Operations Analyst in Stamford and has over 7 years of experience with the company. Prior to joining VAH, Ms. Benalcazar spent over 15 years as Portfolio Analyst and Credit Administrator at RBS, UBS, and GE Capital. Mrs. Benalcazar graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration & Management from Western Connecticut State University and has worked in various roles during her career with a present focus on commercial credit and risk analysis.
Ms. Feeney joined VAH in January 2021 as a Financial Accountant. Ms. Feeney completed her audit training with Deloitte where she worked in the investment management sector. Prior to joining VAH, Ms. Feeney gained experience in financial accounting working mainly in the technological sector. Ms. Feeney obtained her Business & Law (B.B.L) degree in University College Dublin and her Master of Accounting (MAcc) in Michael Smurfit Business School. Ms. Feeney is also a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland (ACA).
Mr. Ginez has 11 years of experience in aviation, transportation, and asset finance. Prior to his current role at VAH, Mr. Ginez held several other Finance positions with VAH and its affiliated companies. Mr. Ginez began his career as an investment banker at Wells Fargo Securities, where he focused on capital raising and M&A transactions for transportation and infrastructure companies, primarily shipping and maritime oil & gas assets. Mr. Ginez holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Government from Dartmouth College.
Mr. Glavin has 9 years of experience working as an accounts payable assistant. Mr. Glavin joined VAH in May 2016 having previously spent 4 years in an accounts payable position with EMC. Mr. Glavin graduated with a business and marketing degree from Cork institute of technology and during his tenure with VAH has achieved an ACCA qualification to become a certified chartered accountant in 2021.
Mr. Jones has a broad aviation background having worked for an airline, a manufacturer and lessors. Mr. Jones joined the aviation sector from the banking industry in 2004, working for Airbus. Mr. Jones later spent seven years as the Head of Fleet and Financing for Iberia where, among other things, he acquired and financed over $1.5 billion worth of aircraft for the airline and lead a team through a merger and the creation of IAG airline group. Mr. Jones moved to lessor Intrepid Aviation in 2013 where he was responsible for Marketing and Trading up until he joined Minsheng Leasing in 2019. Mr. Jones holds an MBA from IESE Business School and a Bachelor in Political Science from the University of Ottawa and is fluent in French and Spanish.
Ms. Keville joined Voyager in 2019. Ciara completed her training as a chartered accountant (ACA) with Ernst & Young and held a management position in their Aviation Finance Assurance group before joining Voyager. Ms. Keville worked with Ernst & Young from 2006 until 2018 during which time she has supported a broad spectrum of client in the provision of audit, other assurance, global mobility and employment law services. Ms. Keville holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance and a Master of Science in Accounting from Dublin Institute of Technology. Ms. Keville is a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland and has completed a Diploma in Aviation Leasing and Finance from the Law Society of Ireland.
Mr. Lishnoff has over 15 years of experience as a Senior Executive Assistant, Office Manager and Marketing Coordinator. Mr. Lishnoff joined VAH in 2021, prior to joining he was the Senior Executive Assistant to the Founder of Gramercy Funds Management and the Senior Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer of Dunes Point Capital. Mr. Lishnoff holds a B.A in Criminal Justice and US History from Franklin Pierce University.
Mr. Lungariello is the President and Chief Executive Officer of VAH and has served on the Company’s Board since 2017. Mr. Lungariello brings over 20 years of aviation, financial services, and financial restructuring experience, 9 of them with the Company and its Affiliates. Mr. Lungariello was previously the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Intrepid Aviation, the predecessor to VAH, and Amedeo where he was part of the leadership teams responsible for the build out, growth, and advancement of those organizations.
Prior to Intrepid, Mr. Lungariello was part of the executive leadership team of Southern Air Inc., a privately held ACMI Cargo operator that has since become part of Atlas Air. Mr. Lungariello began his career and has held various management positions at PwC, Ernst & Young and KPMG in their Advisory and Assurance practices, and serviced a broad array of aviation and financial services clients.
Mr. Lungariello holds a M.B.A from NYU Stern and he holds a B.S. in Accounting from Manhattan College. Mr. Lungariello is married and spends most of his free time with his four children.
Ms. Miller has almost 20 years of experience in aviation, having worked for an OEM, an MRO, as well as an engine lessor. Ms. Miller joined VAH in 2015 from Rolls-Royce & Partners Finance, a Rolls-Royce / GATX JV where she was Marketing Director the European region for six years. Prior to this role, she spent seven years in various roles including Business Development in Rolls-Royce Singapore and Rolls-Royce Bangkok. Ms. Miller holds a Master of Science from the University of Staffordshire and a Bachelor degree in Business Studies from the University of Northumbria.
As a contracts specialist in the aircraft leasing and satellite industries, Ms. Nesheiwat provides over 25 years of experience in the corporate arena. After graduating from University of Bridgeport and Mercy College, Ms. Nesheiwat continued her career in the legal industry as a paralegal and has extensive international business exposure while working overseas in the Middle East for over a decade.
Ms. Reys has 15 years’ experience in the aircraft leasing business, starting her career with Pembroke Aviation in 2004. Standard Chartered Bank acquired Pembroke Capital Limited in 2007. During her tenure with Pembroke/Standard Chartered, Ms. Reys lead and managed finance transformation projects. In 2016, Ms. Reys joined GTLK Europe as Finance Lead and CFO, helping to built and manage the fleet of 50+ aircraft and marine vessels. Prior to joining VAH, Ms. Reys led many aviation leasing projects as a principal consultant and finance lead, supporting a start-up leasing platform. Ms. Reys is an Associate of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA/CGMA) and holds an engineering degree and Masters in IT.
Mr. Streun brings over 30 years of broad experience in the aviation industry working at aircraft lessors and an aircraft manufacturer. Mr. Streun joined Boeing Commercial Airplanes in 1989 as a Production Liaison Engineer, followed by roles as a Customer Support Field Service Representative (in Japan, China, Malaysia), an Engineering Project Manager, and a Services Sales Director. He also gained industry experience as an Engineering Manager with AWAS for (3) years during an interlude from Boeing. In 2018, Mr. Streun joined Boeing Capital Corporation as a Portfolio Marketing Director in Asset Management with primary responsibilities to include the management and disposition of owned and managed aircraft assets. He then joined AerSale as SVP of Technical Services early 2020 with prime responsibility for the sales, marketing and product delivery of in-house developed Engineered Solutions. Mr. Streun holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical/Astronautical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
Ms. Tang joined VAH in December 2021 as a Senior Accountant. Prior to joining VAH, Ms. Tang has experience in auditing, corporate accounting, finance, and financial reporting with a variety of roles in public and private companies. Ms. Tang obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Queens College and her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Simon Business School at the University of Rochester. Ms. Tang is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Ms. Tivnan has over ten years’ experience in aviation and financial services in various accounting and finance roles. Prior to joining VAH, Ms. Tivnan spent three years as Financial Controller with Aergen, an aircraft leasing business where, between 2015 – 2018, Aergen built a fleet of 30+ aircraft and executed two ABS transactions. Ms. Tivnan began her career in Ernst & Young in their corporate tax and financial services assurance departments working closely with international financial services, banking and leasing clients. Ms. Tivnan holds MBS from Dublin City University and a Bachelor of Commerce from the National University of Ireland, Galway. She is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ireland (CPA equivalent) and holds a Diploma in Aviation Leasing and Finance from the Law Society of Ireland. Ms. Tivnan has recently completed the Women In Aviation Finance Leadership program with the Irish Management Institute and is an active member of PropelHer.
Mrs. Wang is an experienced marketing professional with a track record in business development, marketing and sales including 10 plus years in aircraft leasing. Her expertise includes public relations, marketing support and business strategy. She is skilled in negotiating and facilitating strategic business alliances involving cross-cultural groups and joint marketing programs. Mrs. Wang holds a Master of Science in Communication and Media from George Mason university, she graduated from Beijing International Studies University with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
Ms. Zobczynska joined VAH in February 2021 as a Project Accountant. Previously, Ms. Zobczynska worked for a corporate service provider managing a portfolio of aircraft leasing and structured finance clients. Ms. Zobczynska has 10 years of accountancy and tax experience gained in a variety of roles across the commercial sector. Ms. Zobczynska graduated from Dublin Business School with a B.A. in Accounting and Finance. Ms. Zobczynska is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), holds an AITI Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) qualification from the Irish Tax Institute and was awarded the Diploma in Aviation Leasing and Finance from the Law Society of Ireland.
